9/32" (7.1mm) Hawaiian Flopper Euroshaft. Made for European style sling spearguns, including Riffe Euro wood speargun series.

 

  • 17/4 stainless steel
  • Shaft is heat treated and passivated for strength and corrosion resistance; flopper is heat treated and tumbled
  • The original RIFFE-designed Shark Fin tabs
  • All RIFFE Euroshafts feature (2) Shark Fin loading tabs
  • All shaft machined areas are hand finished
  • MINI or LARGE loading tabs
  • Rest tab may be added for easier loading (Generally added to 60" and longer shafts) 12" up from loading end

      This Euroshaft was a perfect replacement for my original that I had for about 10 years. I shot a giant Trevally and it bent my old shaft up pretty bad, so I decided to order it from RIFFE because they make very solid products that last a very long time and I am happy with the results .

      Shaft

      I lost my original shaft in a rock pile and luckily had this replacement ready to go. I had been pretty rough on the shaft, but it was still straight and worked great. I’m sure this one will do very well too.

      Durable

      Very high quality and long lasting spear. I’ve noticed some lower accuracy with my original spear and the flopper is fairly banged up after so much hole hunting for cabezon and lingcod. It’s also about an inch shorter due to so much resharpening i’m often shooting with two bands into small caves, for cabs and lings . The Riffe euro 55cm is the perfect central California hole gun with an exceptionally durable spear.
