Returns & Exchanges
All RIFFE equipment is unconditionally guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know and we will help you. Items must be in new condition with original tags.
1. Please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization# (RA#) for returns. - RA# IS MANDATORY FOR ALL RETURNS
2. Using your own trackable and insured shipping method, mail your return to:

***Any shipping fees associated with making returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. Riffe International is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns.
A refund of the value of the product returned (not including shipping) will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately two days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Most returns will process in approximately two to three weeks, depending on your method of return. All orders are refunded in US dollars to the credit card used at the time of the original purchase.
