RIFFE’s Spectra Fusion Float Line is manufactured from a proprietary custom blend of material, developed exclusively for Riffe with improved strength and durability. Made in the USA.

The yellow and blue outer sheath is constructed from 32 tightly fused strands and coated in molten polyethylene, forming a durable protective layer that resists abrasion, maintains vibrant color, and stands up to prolonged UV exposure in harsh marine environments. This advanced construction ensures long-lasting performance, even under heavy use.

At the core, an added internal braided structure reinforces the line, delivering consistently high tensile strength from end to end. This internal support system minimizes stretch and enhances reliability when it matters most, giving you confidence during demanding dives and strong fish runs.

The upgraded foam rubber float core significantly improves buoyancy, allowing the line to stay on the surface for easy tracking and faster, more efficient retrieval. Unlike standard polypropylene float lines that can absorb water and gradually sink, Riffe’s Spectra Fusion Float Line is engineered to remain afloat, ensuring maximum visibility and control in all conditions.

NOTE: For blue water hunting (large pelagic fish) we recommend securing a Spectra Fusion float line in combination with a 25’ Bungee float line. This "hybrid" float line set up absorbs the “initial shock” in the event your fish bolts after a hit, ensuring complete retrieval.
