This product fits perfectly on the Mantis 5 mask. The attachment hardware is solid and secure. It's easy to install on your own. However, an update could include the acorn nut needed to receive the GoPro finger screw. The recommended solve is to take an acorn nut from your other GoPro equipment but if, like me, you don't have older GoPro equipment then you're out of luck. All the recently released Hero 11 and underwater housing has a threaded receiver nut that is not removable like the old acorn style nut. The second solution is to go spend another $9 or $11 dollars to buy a set of acorn nuts and thumbscrews, but who wants to go spend half the product cost on missing piece? An update would be helpful to future customers.
